Privacy policy

TiltProof collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app does not send your answers, your progress or anything else off your device.

What the app stores

TiltProof keeps a record of your drilling so it can pick the right question next and show you your progress. That record holds how many questions you have answered in each drill, how many you got right, the difficulty level you have reached, your day streak, and the handful of spots queued for review.

It is kept on your device and nowhere else. On iPhone and Android it lives in the app's own private storage. In a browser it lives in that browser's local storage for tiltproof.poker. There is no server holding a copy, because there is no server: the app has no backend and makes no network requests while you use it.

What the app does not do

• No account, sign-up, email address or password.
• No analytics, telemetry or usage reporting.
• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party trackers or software development kits that report back.
• No crash reporting service.
• No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
• Nothing is sold or shared, because nothing is collected.

A few places in TiltProof link to log.poker, where the longer written guides live. Those pages are ours, and opening one is a tap you choose to make. Once you are on another site, that site's own privacy policy applies rather than this one.

The website

tiltproof.poker is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records ordinary request logs, which can include your IP address and which browser you used, and it keeps them to serve the site and to defend it from abuse. We do not add anything to those logs, we do not use them to build a profile of anybody, and there are no cookies on this site.

Deleting your record

Because the record never leaves your device, you delete it by deleting it there, and nothing is left behind anywhere else:

• iPhone or iPad: delete the app. iOS removes its storage with it.
• Android: uninstall the app, or use Settings, then Apps, then TiltProof, then Clear storage.
• In a browser: clear site data for tiltproof.poker in your browser's settings.

There is nothing to request from us and nobody to ask, because we are not holding a copy to give back or to erase.

Children

TiltProof teaches the arithmetic behind poker. It is not gambling, there is nothing to wager and there is nothing to buy. It collects no data from anybody, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts collecting something, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date at the top will change. The app is open source, so the claims here can be checked against the code rather than taken on trust.
